Legal Compliance

You must use Extracto only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, and contractual obligations that apply to your use case.

Prohibited Data Activity

Do not use Extracto to collect highly sensitive personal data, payment card data, authentication secrets, private account content, health data, or other data you are not authorized to collect or process.

Abuse and Evasion

Do not abuse trial credits, create fake accounts, bypass limits, evade rate limits, attack infrastructure, resell access without permission, or interfere with other users.

Harmful Uses

Do not use Extracto for phishing, credential harvesting, spam, harassment, doxxing, surveillance of private individuals, malware, fraud, or unlawful discrimination.

Respect for Sources

You are responsible for evaluating whether your use of a website, platform, or data source is permitted. Do not use Extracto to intentionally violate access restrictions or applicable source terms.

Security Testing

Do not run scans, load tests, exploit attempts, or security testing against Extracto or third-party sources through Extracto without written authorization.

Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, terminate, or require changes to accounts, API keys, parsers, or requests that create risk, violate this policy, or degrade service quality.
