By creating an account, buying credits, using an API key, or accessing the Extracto console, you agree to these Terms. If you use Extracto for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Service
Extracto provides a workspace for running web data parsers, managing API keys, testing requests, and receiving structured API results. The service may include third-party infrastructure and payment processing providers.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for your account credentials, API keys, and all activity under your account. Keep API keys confidential and revoke any key that may be exposed.
Credits and Usage
Live parser runs spend credits according to the parser price shown in the console or documentation. Trial credits, promotional credits, and purchased credits may be subject to limits, abuse controls, or expiration rules shown at the time of issuance.
Availability and Changes
We may update parsers, pricing, limits, documentation, or availability as the product evolves. We try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that every parser or source will remain available indefinitely.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for your inputs, API usage, compliance with applicable laws, and compliance with third-party website terms that may apply to your use case. Do not use Extracto to collect or process data unlawfully.
Disclaimers
Extracto is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extracto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, abuse trial or payment systems, or use Extracto in a prohibited way.
