Collection scope

Collect public places using search terms and one location. Maximum results caps the whole task. Availability varies by area; fewer results can be returned. Websites, categories, hours and ratings may be absent. Source ratings can use a different scale from five-star ratings. Email enrichment, photos and customer reviews are not included.

Using Extracto

Requests and authentication

Use your Extracto key in the X-API-KEY header. Send Content-Type: application/json and Accept: application/json. Keep the key private on your server.

POST https://extracto.cloud/api/v1/parsers/apple-maps-scraper — wait for a synchronous result. Successful output is in data, with the result count in count and usage in meta.credits. POST https://extracto.cloud/api/v1/parsers/apple-maps-scraper/queue — submit a queued task. Save run.id from the HTTP 202 response. GET https://extracto.cloud/api/v1/parser-runs/{run_id} — check a saved task using the same account's API key. Poll about once every five seconds while its status is queued or running. Stop at ok, partial, cancelled or error. Saved results are in run.result; failures are described in run.error.

Output

Returned fields depend on the parser, input and source availability. A successful task can return no matching records. Availability and completion time can change when the source website changes. The following sample is illustrative documentation data, not a customer run or a guarantee of results:

• phone (string): Phone returned by the public source; can be absent.
• address (string): Address returned by the public source; can be absent.
• city (string): City returned by the public source; can be absent.
• latitude (number): Latitude returned by the public source; can be absent.
• longitude (number): Longitude returned by the public source; can be absent.
• appleMapsUrl (string): Apple Maps URL returned by the public source; can be absent.
• website (string): Business website when returned; may be absent.
• rating (number): Raw source rating. Its scale may differ from a five-star rating.
• reviewCount (integer): Public review count when available.
