Find newly opened merchant prospects
Scope businesses with a documented recent opening in a target territory. Suppliers can review the source evidence before approaching a company with an offer relevant to its stage.
Plan a newly opened business list with explicit opening or registration evidence. Define dates, categories, locations and public business contact requirements.
A new-business dataset should explain what makes each company new. An opening announcement, an official registration and a first appearance in a directory describe different events. Select the event that fits your use case and require a supporting source and event date. Contact enrichment can then be discussed for the qualifying businesses. The date Extracto first observes a listing cannot by itself establish when the business opened.

Request registration-based records when incorporation is the relevant event. A legal registration may precede trading or relate to a holding company, so keep it distinct from a physical opening.
Define an observation schedule for specific cities and categories. Separate newly discovered records, confirmed openings, relocations and branch additions when the available evidence supports those distinctions.
Explain whether your target is a newly incorporated company, a new storefront, an opening-soon announcement or an additional branch. Specify the date range and acceptable evidence. The same business can have several events with different dates. An official registry entry and a public opening announcement should retain their own source URLs and event types instead of being collapsed into a single unexplained new-business flag.
A reliable feed needs a source that exposes the qualifying event and a process for rechecking duplicates, renamed businesses and relocations. This specification does not include a prebuilt opening-history database. Directory collection and website contacts can support enrichment after qualification, but they do not replace registration or opening evidence. Agree on the source, country coverage and update schedule individually.
These tools cover the actions described below. Dataset discovery, qualification, historical coverage and recurring delivery are confirmed separately.
Use this field guide to plan your request. Coverage and completeness will be confirmed individually. The CSV template contains column headers for planning.

No. A directory can add an established business late, or a collection can encounter it for the first time. Newly opened status should be supported by a relevant event source and date, while first observed remains a separate field.
Include opening-soon announcements as a separate event type with an expected date when explicitly published. Announced plans can change; any later opening confirmation or update schedule needs to be agreed separately.
No recurring opening or registration feed is included with this specification. Sources, event qualification, coverage and delivery frequency need to be established for the requested market before a supply commitment is made.
